Establishment of Eligibility and Issue of Certificate
Visit the Ministry of Construction and Housing website to review the criteria and check your eligibility for the program.
You can obtain a certificate of eligibility through one of the Ministry's assistance companies: Amidar, Milgam, or Alonim.
Found out you're eligible? Great! You can now proceed to apply for your certificate.
Lottery Registration
Simply fill out the registration form, attach your eligibility confirmation, along with photocopies of both the beneficiary's and spouse's ID cards, and submit it online. Alternatively, you can send it by email, fax, or registered mail. Be sure to check the project website for registration dates. Remember, only one registration request per household is allowed. Now, all that's left is to wait for the lottery results, which will be posted on the website. You can also view the regulations there.
You’ve won? Congratulations! What’s next?
Within 14 days of the lottery results, you can choose your apartment based on the winning order. Before that, you'll need to transfer a NIS 2,000 deposit to the bank account listed on the website. When selecting your apartment, the date for signing the rental agreement will also be set.
Signing the Rental Agreement
That's it! You've finally reached the signing stage. At this point, you'll visit the sales office with the required collateral as outlined in the rental agreement.
